Whenever my friend plays the game there are odd connection issues, but he has perfect internet connetions everywhere else. Examples of what happen are Discord starts to lag and stutter, windows makes weird noises, and is gennerally hard to play. Any help?
Ping is stable yet there are connection issues

The problem is now fixed the issue was that dirty bomb sucked out his CPU energy if he didn’t cap the framerate it works fine now
