Physically AFK with mentally afk team

(Yoma) #1

Im really angry right now! I shouldnt be but it happened so fucking often in these past days that i got so friggin sick of it, its just…ROOOOOOAAAAAAR.

What happened? I played a room Objective and there was a guy named REMOVED, he was afk for 4+ games straight just standing in base throwing ammo every now and then or an airstrike (indoor) without moving at all. I vote Kick and Vote fucking kick fail because people are too fucking stupid to say yes after i even wrote hes afk (for games) several times. After a few games him being afk and like 7 kickvotes not passing (maximum 4/6 yes) i was sick and left the gameroom but really who is worse, the afk or the people who are mentally impaired to kick these? There were even people who voted no after the fifth vote for like what reason? Did they lost their last shred of brain in the frigde?

Its so fucking annoying at such times when you realize that some people really are mentally more absent than an afk physically is.

Do something about AFKs, theyre getting more and more frequently and it really is a pain in the ass if your team is mentally impaired if at all a brain is existent.

PS: Sorry for this kind of articulation but im really getting angry seeing this more and more frequently.

I agree. I see this A LOT on execution maps as I guess people AFK there to complete the execution missions however this leads to one-sided games since we are down a player. I usually vote kick them as soon as I see one on my team however most of my team decide to vote No or just ignore the vote which is a completely idiotic decision since it’s giving our team a disadvantage.

I think they should implement an AFK system which kicks a player after say 1 minute of no movement to get rid of these annoying people.

You might want to delete the name in your post if you want to keep this thread open. The forum has a no naming and shaming policy.

Thank you for that notice but after reading through these forum rules the closest would be:

  • Making racist, derogatory, threatening comments and/or direct attacks on other members will not tolerated.

while i do not attack this cute little pleb. I just write about a very funny moment which happened ingame.

If its not allowed and pointed out by a moderator i gladly delete the name but for now i dont see the neccesarity for it because in my opinion i dont abuse the forum rules.

It’s not quite set in stone, you have to use your own judgement a bit. You are putting him in quite a negative light, even if it’s basically his own doing

You are naming and shaming by having that name in there considering the tone of your post. I’ve played with that player as well, I thought they were okay.

No idea if that’s a meem or not but I find this statement really funny given the name of your thread

We encourage constructive posting on the forums, something which this post is most definitely not. Please refrain from posting “rage posts”, as infuriating as something may be, all it does is incite others and not really bring anything to the table in regards to positive discussion on the game.

If you feel there is a problem with AFK’s or systems with the game itself, feel free to write a post discussing these very things. However, writing in this manner has resulted in the thread being locked.
