Phoenix + Sparks confirmed ?

Well, if you remember one of my old threads, we were already hinted about Phoenix PROBABLY coming back soon with that fabulous open beta annoucement. Now, we go the steam trading cards announcement, and… Ooooh guess who I found in the card list ? Sparks ! You sneaky girl !


Just posting the image here, just in case you have a memory disorder or something.

If you look closely, you will notice that the only two mercs that we don’t currently have in game are Phoenix and Sparks. Coincidence ? Maybe… Maybe not ! We know with the most recent twitter posts that Red Eye won’t be the next. And nothing tells us that the next update won’t be a “double merc release” like the Rhino and Kira update (our most recent one) was.

Well they already said it will be 1 merc every 2 weeks for some time not 2
Btw, someone that played the closed beta can tell me which guns Phoenix used? i cant find any data on it, my guess he will be released next week

The last update (Kira and Rhino update) gave us two mercs at once : Kira and Rhino. This means nothing.

Oh and as far as I know, Phoenix use SMGs.

It was said on stream that it will be 1 merc each update, the rhino/kira thing was a one time deal

afaik Phoenix gets the Hochfir, which gives me a good feeling in my special place.

He could get kek-10 and smg 9. Although I’ve never seen it in-game, there was a timik loadout displayed in his loadout page. But I bet this won’t be kept :stuck_out_tongue:
