Phoenix or stoker?

Wanted Yalls help because I’m really torn on which I should buy.
Can y’all help me pick between Phoenix and stoker, thanks!

Stoker just got nerfed, slightly, phoenix got a huge buff. Id try phoenix or wait for next rotation

Personally I find Stoker a lot more useful since even with the nerf (which I think was too much given direct hits don’t even always result in kills) he still is reliable. Though I almost exclusively use Phoenix as my Execution mode medic because his self-revive is incredibly useful there.

It’s down to what you like…
~ if you’re more a offensive and damage heavy person chose stoker
~ if your more of a support, run round the back and surprise the s***t out of them, then go Phoenix.
I personally main Phoenix because of his speed and if you play him right you can wreck. If you are going Phoenix try and get the KE81 Kossuth it’s the best for beginners of Phoenix.

Stoker is a bit harder to use, but if you play him right you can get lots of kills and flush enemies out of an area or deny them access. (It might take a bit of practice, but I do find him very useful on maps with tight areas such as Underground.)

Phoenix is easy to use, does his job well, and makes for a good support merc on pretty much any map. (I liked him a lot even before they buffed his healing pulse. :))

Oddly enough, Phoenix and Stoker are both of the mercs I currently have Cobalt loadouts for. :smiley:

I’d recommend whatever you don’t have more of right now.

Do you need more medics? Or more ammo givers?

Thank you guys for everything! but I think I’m leaning towards Phoenix. I have les medics and I actually just pulled a Bronze for Phoenix and I just realized I had NO load out cards for stoker. Thank you guys again!
