Phoenix healing aura doesnt heal but cooldown starts

When pressing Q and switching to a weapon, the healing aura doesnt heal but the cooldown starts.
Would be better if the healing takes place and the cooldown starts or no healing and no cooldown.

Of course it should be possible to cancel with a weapon switch.
