[Phoenix] Friend revive override Self-revive

I believe friend revive should never cancel or override self-revive. Either a second “revive” progress bar should come up such that Phoenix can decide to spare his self-revive or some “denied, already reviving” message should show for the friend trying to revive.

Yeah, this is all that happens. Just keep holding the button and you’ll self-revive. It’s a UI issue they should fix to make things more clear.

Aha. I guess my natural reaction of releasing the key for self revive prevented me from realizing this point. Thanks!
