Depends of the player. From my own experience, Phantoms that use their KEK are oftenly not that bad, and hardly at the bottom of the scoreboard.
Anyway, I still positive that he did not need a nerf : he needed a rework. However, since the most recent hotfix, I have still to see how he’s doing.
