Phantom Viability Theory
Also I’m completely against lowering Phantom’s HP, because then he’ll have less health than Fletcher, Bushwhacker, and 20 hp less than Nader. None of them even wear medium armor, and Phantom’s RA is body armor that covers his entire body. If anything he should have more HP than Nader does. You shouldn’t even think that a guy who looks like he came straight out of Army of Two will go down if you even so much as sneeze on him, even if he’s supposed to assassinate and flank people.
Edit: If not boost his HP too, then make it to where Phantom does not need to cancel his sprint or lose his momentum in order to use his Katana.
@trickyNugget I gotta agree with u that armor looks like a samirais armor bit it’s a kevlat version of one. And TBH id like it if his hp was brougjt back to 120 again not that i’d make a big difference but it would be a nice one.

So bring Phantom’s HP up to 120 and remove the armour aspect of his cloak.
@gg2ez It’s either give phantom 85% or 90% and completely remove the armour or bring the armour down to 15%-7%. And bring the hp to 120. Cuz from all i know the armour soaks up at least 35%-50% dmg.
If Phantom is fully invisible there is no reason to keep the armor. Just put his hp back to 120.
Or better yet, separate the armor and the invisibility and make them use the same energy pool.
@Rosenkreuz That’s actualy an idea that many people have suggested but if the stats are tought out it could work well.
