I know there are already threads about Phantom being underpowered. But I would like ask that if Phantom were to be buffed, then at the very least give him an above average objective completion time that is still lower than that of some of the Engineer mercs.
One of things I like in TF2 is the Spy cap. When the defending team overextends and fails to pay attention to their control point, one sneaks in a capture for the attacking team.
