I played against a Phantom last night that was a little too good I felt, so I went into spectate mode to watch him for a few minutes while recording his game play.
I was fairly comfortable he was using Wall-hacks/ESP as he almost always over and over again knew where enemies would be when he rounded corners.
But
I also noticed that when he cloaked, the cloak energy/power bar would show up on the screen but stay at full no matter how long he remained cloaked. Is this a display bug that occurs when spectating a Phantom? and on his screen it decreases as time goes on? Or was this some sort of hack?
If he decloaked it would disappear as normal, but whenever it was in use the full white cloak energy bar could be seen and it didnt move a millimetre. Unfortunately he was constantly cloaking/de-cloaking so he never remained cloaked for more than 10 seconds, so I could catch a blatant hack of the cloaking system (say for example he remained cloaked for 30+ seconds)
Worse the guy had one of those names with only vertical white rectangles, so it will probably be impossible to identify.
My Gut is 51% sure he was hacking, 49% sure it was a glitch when spectating him. Has anyone else encountered this issue with the cloak display in spectator mode?

. The cloak energy bars on all of them never moved even a smidge.
