I think the nerf on Phantom was needed… but I think it was a little overkill with nerfing his cloack or Refractive Armor the way you did.If you just removed the extra armor when he is cloacked could be a perfect ballance in my opinion or maby makeing it like the Spys from tf2 cloack where you are 100% invisible but you cant attack while invisible.
I dont think makeing him easier to see while he was cloacked was needed. you could see him before when he moved and the whole idea of the Refractive Armor is to make him invisible.
Now to another one topic about the melee nerf… I think that the slower rotation was a great idea ! but i think it only should be used on the heavy melee attack not the normal. I do think that the tactic for phantom where you used the heavy attack and spined around in a 360 ° was totaly broken. This was my response to the nerf. The game is in beta so it isnt perfect but we can make it perfect together.
