Phantom Issue

recently i have noticed phantoms going around doing 360’s while holding down mouse 1 and W, this is really anonying and can pretty much mean death everwhere, most of the time i think they are using a macro but it gets really anonying and i wish there was a way to stop it.

Yeah, just do what I do when I see a melee phantom. Long jump away a few feet, then shoot them in the head.

Still something to be said about how you can hit everything in a 360 arc…the timespan in which it does damage could be nerfed.

I thought they did nerf it, after the whole beyblade phantom thing? When I play Kiratana, I sometimes make a lot of sudden turns and then stab, maybe that’s what’s happening?

is it only me or did phanties cloak get a noise reduction?
ive seen plenty of them this week, with a big part of them running right up to me without any noise when cloaked

I don’t remember anything about that being changed…maybe they’re just standing still and attacking at the last moment? That’s what I do when I play phan lol

you can use ‘sneaky’ perk to reduce the noise.

also if the phantom is smart they will limit their sprinting, just walking around does not create a lot of noise

there is one step to keeping a melee from killing you. DONT GET CLOSE. its why you have a gun. two of them in fact.

I’m just really glad my headphones are good, I can usually pinpoint a Phantom even while they’re crouched.

Just turn up the volume and don’t play any music in the background, you’ll stop running into mines and invisible katanas

and thats all he has going for him.
cant repair, heal, give ammo, all he does is be annoying by sneaking in and out and even thats hard now his emp shows where he is lol
