^ Can’t activate cloak as Phantom, literally makes him useless for the rest of the game.

It seems to be because you interacted with an objective. Thats when it happens to me anyway. Once I die it works again. See if it happens after you interact with objective and let devs know so they can fix whatever it is causing it.

It only works again once the EV is fully repaired, so… never in solo queue where everyone is out for a K/D.
