Well, I made a summary for those who didn’t want to read a wall of text…

Basically I was saying in some ways, phantom is fucked up op, like being able to stand still and wait to kill someone. In other cases, he is less than op, like the fact that his shield is fucking useless when moving.

whenever you are ‘standing still waiting to kill someone’ your team is a player down.

Phantom is fine on pubs where there is too much chaos and people are clueless. throw him into an organized 5v5 and suddenly he is just a bushwhacker without the turret.

That’s why intelligent people don’t use them in an organized 5v5.

Right now phantom isn’t good at stealth and his armor isn’t effective. I think that phantom should either be good at stealth or have strong armor but not both because that would probably be op. It might work for his emp field to be replaced with a spotting field that could spot up to three people when his cloak is activated. If he could spot people he would actually be valuable to the team.

If you remove phantoms ability to start shooting or using melee straight from cloak throws phantoms kill potential out of the window
