Petition for SEPARATE forums for each system

It’s really hard having to deal with all systems having the same forum. Do it like you did for etqw… please.

I would like specific sub-sections for each system, but still have a main Brink General Discussion section so we can talk about the game itself in a universal state as it is the same game we’re all playing after all.

I agree. From an efficiency standpoint, it would only make sense. Here are two reasons I can think of why (offhand) :

1.) Easier to sort out the different bugs, problems, and general complaints between 360/PC/PS3

2.) Easier for each respective type of user to communicate with a group of people who have their setup.

Just do it already. It won’t be simple, but I don’t think it’ll be impossible either. The forums might be down for a minute but hey, more time to Brink.

adding sub-forums can be done with a few clicks. Its not hard at all.

They should have done so from the start.

Agreed, it’s 2011 and I’m really shocked that all they have is a general forum, something for general tech and something for general clan/guilds.

Actually, since tech support is over at Bethesda the separate forums can be found over there. The tech forum on this site uses a special “type” field you have to fill in when you make a thread.

EpicGames made the same mistake with UT3, but corrected it somewhat with Bulletstorm. Xbox360, PS3, PC all have different issues with their platform so should have different sections.
Keeping all three together just results in fanboi wars.
