I don’t quite know how it was before open beta, but when it came, noone had unlocked mercs, and I think that was counted as reset… Also I don’t know if players in closed beta had all merc unlocked by default, but yeah I would count open beta as reset…

The ONLY account resets as far as I am aware were in closed alpha/beta after the testing phases ended. At the current time there are no planned account resets, nor are there likely to be any, for any reason. :slight_smile:

If they give an option for being able to unlock mercs and being able to purchase cases with real money, I doubt that reset is even an option.
