Hi i’ve been playing for a day now and noticed that there’s no such thing as an invite button. My friend and I had to do voice chat and pick out specific servers so that we’ll able to play as a team. Will this be included at some point during the Open Beta Phase?
Perhaps include an Invite Button?

@Nail I tried it can only message them and to see their player profile and that’s it 
and I’ve been using steam since I found out about DB being Open Beta already yesterday.

You can invite a friend once you are already loaded into the server. Also, your friend can click the arrow by your name in steam and then click Join Game to join your server in progress.
It is definitely an option, but it is easiest to do it through the steam overlay.

The best way to join a Friend on his server is to click on his name on the Home screen of the game. You can invite in Competitive when creating a team but not in Casual.

There is a couple of ways to resolve your issue. First, join a server and your friend will join on you or vice-versa. Second, if you do a ranked match, you can then invite people to your group. It would be nice if you could send an invite to your friend once you join a server but that just isn’t in the game (yet) despite it being a feature in most Steam MP games.
