Does anyone know how to limit classes, on a map by map basis. Like I want to limit the number of snipers for a certain map, or to limit medics on another.

you could make a barrier that classes cannot penetrate but you would have to restrict the entire or that particular class. it would be a lot user friendly to implement with a mod

I think with etadmin mod you can do permap configs.
