People keep using my clan tag and it is really anonying because sometimes i am trying to find my clan mates in my game but people use mine, this is really anonying can you add a better system that has a leader (e.g me) so i can choose who can have the clan tag. Please it gets anonying

Sometimes I change my clan tag to other people’s clan tags; especially when there’s a few members in my game.
It pisses them off until they realize that I’m actually a decent player and then ask for me to join them at which point I leave.

I’d also like to see a more thorough clan tag system beyond just /setclantag.
Either way, I doubt this is something that will be soon as nobody has been talking about it. My suggestion is to not worry too much. There will always be trolls. If you leave them alone they will get bored most of the time.

@Wolfleader I think they can’t really prevent people taking the same clantag. Also people can take the exact same name as you in Steam (just to troll if they want) and they could put the clan-tag infront of their Steam name if they really want to troll you.
However a in-game clan system would be awesome! Maybe with custom colours and people could rank up their clan to house more people and get more colour clantags.

Maybe they’re just as unhappy to see you using “their” clan tag. Not sure I see the issue. The people I play with have no problem finding each other without any tags at all.

Tbh I dont really care for clan tags tbh, I just set mine to “Kawai” and left it at that. but who cares if someone uses it, doesn’t mean you have to converge with said person. and I dont see why they create a clan system in the game, rather then adding more gamemodes and maps, because if I had a choice, I’m desperately hoping for more maps.
Only thing I hate more is when I see clans stacking teams to unfair amounts. for example when I joined a lobby sometimes back, a certain clan (not gonna name and shame - but all players where abouve 20) where in a non min requirement lobby. against me and some other low level people. its was just not fun. and not to mention trying to get a shuffle team vote started. because there team were not having it.
Needless to say the low level people and I all left. I just dont see the point in this. Now sure I play with friends…but I also like fair games, so we compromise sometimes, and play against each other, which can be so fun sometimes. - especially the endless Tbaging, to only be killed by the enemy team.
