Penalty when joining competitive match

This bugs that rarely happens gave me a penalty when I tried to join a competitve match as I clicked the “Accept” button.

friend had this issue too. as “leader” he coudn’t press “accept” and had to kill the game, restarting and penalty, after waiting again he couldn’t press “accept” again, reboot pc and because ssd are fast, penalty was still active and we had to wait even longer.

dirty timebomb i guess, as we tend to waste a lot of time waiting for something to happen in this game - not funny!
