I just bought a dickens elite case after buying the santa’s pack. €4,99 disappeared from my steam wallet but there is no elite case found in my inventory. I did not get a confirmation of payment in my mailbox either. I don’t know where the problem lays, at steam or at nexon but can I ask for your help?

The same thing happened to me with a Expert B Case, but instead of losing the one case, I got two!
