Password-secured servers?

Hello, how can we get password-secured servers in this game? I already saw one yesterday.

Currently not available to the general public. The only private servers accessible are the ones being used by DirtyCups.gg and ESL for tournaments and pug groups.

afaik nobody else can get them. I do know that pretty much anybody can play on them if you do some pugs with the DirtyCups group on mumble.
