Haven’t seen this mentioned yet, so sorry if it has been. When my friend and I are playing a private free-play game with a password, he has no problems joining… but as soon as we leave to assign ability points or whatever else, I try to remake the game and suddenly it won’t accept the password he entered. Once I restart Brink, he’s able to join with no issues again. 100% sure the password was correct as well (we remade the game a few times to make sure one of us wasn’t screwing up). It happens every time, before and after the patch. Anyone else having this problem?

I believe this is a bug where the original password remains in the password field after exiting and re-entering the menu but is not visible.
Press ‘Home’ or use the left cursor key to check what’s in the password field; you probably won’t need to re-enter the password as the original will still be there.
