So Dirty Bomb has been out to the public for almost a year and a party system for casual matchmaking still isn’t implemented. Whenever this question is asked, we always get the reply, “it’s our top priority,” but I’m struggling to realize what’s taking so long for a feature that generally every multiplayer game should have before it’s released to the public.

I’ve never once heard them say it was their top priority. There are plenty other things more important than a pub stomping tool. It will be in the game eventually I believe, but they are currently more focused on other aspects, such as competitive and improving the overall gameplay experience.

Why don’t we just… get MM fixed (split queues etc) and all play that instead. Not like it’d be any different from a pub anyway.

I tweeted them as of November of 2015 and they stated that it was one of their top priorities and that they were very close to getting it into the game. It’s been about 3 months since that, I’m wondering what “closer than ever” means to the devs.
