Are we going to see a party system or Clans like other games(Combat Arms, COD, ect). I get tired of running into rooms. Where everyone or most of the players think its TDM or try to be ranbo.

COD does that? Then forget about it. 
Jokes aside, obviously! You already have Steam friends and I’m sure clan support will come down the road.
But you most likely will not see party support for public games, since public games are rebalanced on skills after each map
