Indeed, I’ve forgotten the .arena
We did several tests yesterday and I’ve probably erased the arena by mistake.
It is here : arena file
What should I do ?
Rename the pk3… :s and make a b21 …
Or maybe release a supplemental pk3…
Some people already have the pk3 so I can’t do another one with the same name.
Anyone any idea what is the best solution ?
For the ReadMe, it is included in the pk3 and has been updated for the beta2.
I made a list of changes since the b1, but I really cannot list them all.

Well… Like a lot of mappers I didn’t want thousand of different versions… at first 
Like I said, we were working on the final version when we realized that some parts of the map should be seriously changed. To be explicit: to give more advantages to the attacking side.
I’ve made secondary paths, new areas, new walls, higher ceiling in some parts, and I’ve added also some fog to create an “unclear water effect” (you’ll find in my first post a link to another thread here where I’m talking about this problem)… This fog creates interferences with the character models even if they are not in in the water.
During the test of this b2, some people liked it, as it feels like the players are getting “dirty” when they go out of the dirty water, but some players don’t like it.
It’s a lot of changes…
So, my hopes are that the beta period will tell if these changes are good or not, if I should build final closer to b1 or to b2.
Plus, Bob is working on a scripted event when a pillar is destroyed and that some part of the ceiling is collapsing.
And, finally, some very bad bugs affect the b1, and it’s breaking my heart to see people getting an unjustified advantage using these bugs when I play on servers.
So, all in all, my sentence means : Let’s test this new version and its new features. I’ll remove the bad ideas and keep the good ones, and I’ll add some graphicals details to make a good final version.
