packing .bsp changes lighting?

This has happened to me many times and I really don’t have any idea what I need to do to have the lights work like I want.

Above are the comparison pictures. Shit looking pictures are taken from a server where the .pk3 is, better looking ones is bsp unpacked. For making the pk3 I’ve used simply winzip. Any ideas for why this is happening and how to fix it would be greatly appreciated.

you stored the folder with the tga’s in the map folder in your pk3?
should be located in /maps/mapname/
?

Aren’t those for command map or something similar? Also yes pictures are taken with same cfg. I also found out that it’s not pk3 that ****s it up, but it’s somehow server related. As the map is trickjump map intended for tjmod, I’ve tried the map in tjmod servers. In own host no matter what mod, the map works like it should, but in tjmod online server, no deal. I will test it on etpro server when I find one.

Did you add you LM… files in your pk3 ? Thats the mistake I made when first making my pk3 …
