Overtime need improvements

Recently overtime is a bit wack in terms of fairness in that the one team that has more players on the field wins, partially all the time. It might be good to either add double time respawn on both teams to increase engagements instead of waiting for 20 seconds to respawn in overtime while the bomb is ticking. Or just remove overtime.

OT is a tricky one to balance, would love it if we add extra time say based on secondary objectives/ev’s repaired and close to delivery point instead of KEEP IT TICKING/MOVING OR GG!
