Ouch, Wasted £80 for nothing.

Okay guys here it is.
I have been getting crashes when playing during Brink gameplay, here is what i have been getting.

Always withtin 5- 15mins Gameplay, I’m using 1900x1200 Resolution.

People have told me its because my PSU is to low to run my GTX 460, I Had a 400w PSU.
But today i got brand new PSU 650w Corsair. And guess what?
I’m still getting the same error? I don’r beleiave this. I only just bought my brand PC build 1 week ago and already i can’t play high qaulity games with the build?
Iv’e tried updating drivers, so please don’t ask me about that. I just went out and wasted £90 on a new PSU For nothing, because i still get the error? This better be Brink the game itself.

It can’t be my PC. Other games work such as Dawn Of War and League Of Legends. Whats going on guys please. i spent a fortune!

It is the game. There’s an OpenGL problem with nvidia cards right now. I found reverting back to 266.58 drivers to help. A patch on Monday should fix those problems, though.

Upgrading a PSU is never a waste of money, a good PSU means better overall performance.

PSU has nothing to do with temperatures. Under full load your system could get unstable due to too much power consumption. It’s nothing you can experience in terms of speed or temperatures.

he was worried because multiple people including a dev told him that his PSU was underpowered for his setup, not that it was the problem. I think he’s quite new to computer building
