There is no option to add mouse-accel in this game which I’d like to see it have. I know most people probably don’t like it but alot of people from the QT-era played with it on (I use it from TF2). It’s just a nice option for some people that doesn’t harm anyone else.

I believe theres already option for that. Mouse smoothing or something along the lines.
