OK I’m writing a quick and easy menu mod that would have a link to a URL in it.
Basically when you click on the menu option, it acts as a link and opens the URL. I have this working fine and dandy however when it opens the URL, it shuts down ET!!
I’m wondering if there’s a way to have it open in the background? or at least open the URL without shutting down ET. I use ETminimizer, so shutting down ET defeats the purpose of the link I’ve made.
I’m using
uiScript validate_openURL
ui_finalURL
to get the link to work correctly.
I know there are also other calls in ui_mp_x86.dll such as modURL, serverURL, etc but I can’t get any of them to actually do anything. Mostly cause I have no clue what they do :blah:
Does anyone know if this is possible? If so, how?
