when i get in the game and try to singup
pop up a message thet says
''OOPS-could not connect ‘’
why
please help me!!!

On iOS or on Chrome?
I see it so frequently on both that I just expect it.
As to why? Don’t know.You could open a support ticket.
I have usable (for me) workarounds:
On iOS, I just retry it (at most) a couple times and it comes back.
On Chrome, I retry it a couple times and if It doesn’t come back, I restart Chrome and that usually fixes it.
For reference sake, please report back your results
