I had a lady friend over yesterday and I was showing her Brink (amongst other things). So as I was chilling out near one of the spawns in the DLC maps while explaining the game to her, butterflies appeared all over my screen.
She was like, “Aw how cute!” I was like, “WTF? Butterflies!”
So yeah, the butterflies are bulletproof, dammit.
I sat in Butterfly Corner again today at Founder’s Tower. It’s in the far right corner near the first spawn for the Sec/Defense. It is a major spawn camp point. Their turret can see you on the way there, but then u can tuck yourself into Butterfly Corner and just lob grenades or snipe right into the spawn. Then, while you’re reloading, you can marvel at the glorious beauty of the butterflies fluttering around you.
It’s usually why I die there. Weeeeee butterflies!
