this is a bias of your region. any game needs a critical mass of players, below which the player numbers start to decrease faster.

As a minlvl10/20 player, I find a lot more servers populated, which tells me that there is a stable longer-hours playerbase, in EU

Cobalt - 12 crafting kits, 3 weapon kit, 3 spray paint can kit.

Note - the weapon kits and spray paint can kits are optional, you can choose not to use them, but there’s a bigger chance you won’t get what you want.

Don’t know how you’d keep fragments in but that’s my idea, I think it could have worked just fine. We didn’t need to add all this extra crap in, just have kits and allow us to go from there.
