This installer has some issues:

1. It installs shrub into the etmain folder, not into the shrubet folder. Your servershortcut fs_game setting does point to the “shrubet” folder, which might lead to some unexpected behaviour if people already have a shrub version installed.
2. Why did you include the ET.exe (version 2.60) file? People should already have it after installing ET and the 2.60 ET patch. More troublesome is that the uninstaller deletes ET.exe, meaning people will have to reinstall the ET 2.60 patch again…
3. Minor issue: the readme didn’t open correctly after I installed.
4. Shrub 1.2 test13 doesn’t have hitsound support. You can add them clientsided, but it’ll require a client download.
5. Not really a issue but more an idea: As this is for 2.60 and shrub is based on 2.56 code, it would be nice if you could add the radar script of 2.56 patch into the shrubet/maps folder, so the server doesn’t crash when loading the map radar.

Nice idea, butI think it still needs some work.

I get your points tho… and I had set et.exe to never overwrite so I dont get why it copied it there in the first place lol
