Okay, 'URL image' function not working. Help!

did your link end with .jpg or .img or something? because if it didnt have any .(image file format code here) at the end it wont work. like steam screenshots. they send you to a /screenshots/1022223451/ URL, and since it doesnt end with .jpg or the like, it wont work

also please post the URL in your post

It won’t work, even with .jpg or .img

Example: putting this http://i.imgur.com/pWmOwPR.jpg into the ‘Image URL’ and nothing happens.

your link doesnt end with .jpg, if you click it it just takes you to http://imgur.com/pWmOwPR, not http://imgur.com/pWmOwPR.jpg

i reshosted it to my own imgur, which made it end with .jpg (http://i.imgur.com/XWT8HOi.jpg) and tada:
http://i.imgur.com/XWT8HOi.jpg

EDIT: you cant just slap .jpg at the end of an URL to make it work, the main url has to have .jpg in it, else it wont work
