OK player from the CEST time zone looking for players/team

Playing casual and competitive I’ve noticed that team play is not the standard. Often people leave/don’t communicate/lone wolf. I am looking for objective oriented players with mikes to make my dirty bomb playing experience better, no matter if it is casual or competitive. I have all the starter mercs except the sniper and am decent with all of them. I’ve played for 60 hours and just god dropped from gold V to silver I
