sorry wut? Server cannot run offline… Inorder to connect to a server you need to have internet access. Inorder to have 1-2 players, you need internet access… I am confused on what you are trying to say? Is it “can I play online without internet”? if so, no…

He’s talking about practice mode, I assume. You can’t play the game in practice mode, only check out the maps.

And yes, you can do practice mode offline.

You can do this from the main game menu. Press tilde (~ and `) key to open console.

you can also try out different mercs and weapons, (some not in game yet ssshhhh)
