OCB are back! In the past we have organised and hosted some great tournament events. We have decided to do the big one; the World Cup of Dirty Bomb.

This is our first opportunity for a cup in Dirty Bomb. Our Cup will encourage fun and fair play, with a healthy doese of competitiveness. Signups are from the 28th of January, until the 12th of February. We will be starting qualifiers on the 18th. More info to come on dates.

We’ve got the experience, you give us the chance.

A few changes original plans as the community has spoken.

Hopefully you are all aware that we will be running the OCB Dirty Bomb world cup.
This is our time to shine and deliver an important event hopefully everyone can be a part of.
It looks like the competitive players have decided to stay away so the emphasis should now be on fun.

We have 8 teams currently that could play.
Splash damage gave an overview of the cup during the Monday night dev stream (thanks Shoe).

Tonight is the eve for the first World Cup match, between Germany #1 and the Czech Republic team.

We’ve been asked to showcase the dates/times for these upcoming matches.
First Matches
7th March - 20:30GMT (15:30EST) - Germany #1 (Rex) vs Czech Republic.
8th March - 19:30GMT (14:30EST) - UK vs Sweden
9th March - 20:30GMT (15:30EST) - France vs Rest of World
11th March - 19:30GMT (14:30EST) - Holland vs Belgium
13th March - 19:30GMT (14:30EST) - Germany #2 (newb) vs Finland
13th March - 21:00GMT (16:00EST) - Italy vs USA

The Second-round dates have been finalised, but times will be released on the 14th of March after the 1st Round.
15th, 16th, 17th and 19th of March after 19:00GMT (14:00EST).

Semi-finals will be announced after 2nd Round.

Finals will be announced after Semi-finals.

How to go to join the game?

Use the OCB Team Speak Channel (ts3.ocb-gaming.com). If you don’t have Team Speak install it here (https://www.teamspeak.com/downloads). Do this prior to the game or you will not be included in your team’s chat channel.

Show up at least 10 minutes before the game time so a greeter can assist you and ensure you get into the private match. If a greeter does not meet you in the community lobby, please drop down to one of the dirty bomb channels and we will be more than happy to get you to the right place for your game.

What will the greeter need to know about you? -The team you are playing with -The name you registered under

We will then give you the game server address and place you in your team’s channel for the game.
