Obsidian question

Is the obsidian card for this event going to be unique? Or will it be the same obsidians which are currently in the game? I’m pretty sure it’s unique as the microsite says “This can be unlocked after the event to reveal a one-off Obsidian variant of the Culprit Card.”, just trying to confirm. :slight_smile:

unique for this event only. if you buy this pack, you’ll get the same obsidian as others because it’s only for the culprit.

What I’m most intereste in is the fact what happens if a merc that already has an obsidian (Won’t happen anyways, gonna be Proxy) wins it? Will he/she get a second, different Obsidian?

I doubt already having an obsidian would affect anything, besides Fragger, Proxy, Sawbonez and Vassili already have 2 obsidian loadouts.

so does it mean that the obsidian will not necessarily be for aimee? can it be other merc? the culprit merc?

Well it isn’t for aimee, or skyhammer or aura. Everyone else is a possibility, cause the culprit will get it

Proxy already has 2 Obsidians (1 - founder’s and 2 - Beta fighter)
so not a problem =)

I assume the special culprit card will be a special model (looks like it might just be a full black suit of some sorts) and the obsidian card will literally be that special model with obsidian decals.
