I want to make a wall like in siwa oasis or radar which you can destroy some one time with bomb and then enemy cant build it. I have read the tutorial about scripting but i dont know do it.

You could always take a look at the script for Oasis. Plus SD has released the source maps for all stock levels so you can see how it was made.

hahahahahaahahahaaaa…you did not really read all of the tutorial, you only grapped that constructible mapfile 
better read everything from the start, you wont regret!
and take a look into ALL mapfiles…
