The EV barriers make not much sense.
I suppose EV barrier was supposed to be counter hacked instead of blown up? Maybe if it can be blown up for real - and hacked. (Once blown up its gone – kaputt).
And the lift imho makes only sense if the EV would be something to be carefully transported, or if it would go in other direction - up. Or maybe if there wouldnt be a path right beside of it
