"Objectives 2" Badge does not count

So the Objective 2 badge where I have to do 2 primary objectives during a match does not count on maps with only 2 primary objectives.
I had it done on Trainyard twice, which has 3 primary objectives. On Underground, it seems not wo work because the game ends and the last primary does not count for some reason.
