Objective progress icon still shows up after explosion

Either the objective progress icon doesn’t disappear after an explosion or the charge blew up before the time counter even ended.

I have witnessed the charge blow up before the timer finishes a few times now… so thats where my money would be :S infact even in some of the games I cast I saw the charge blow as early as when then icon still had 4 seconds on the clock.
