Noticed something with the default cards

I dont care for defaults as long as we’re unable to use them without giving up on augments and optional weaponary :< RIP Bushwhacker’s awesome default skin, you will never see the light of day and the designer who created you, well I feel sorry for him/her.

A bit off topic, but I really hope the 181 card doesn’t go away. It’s fun using Springy and Flying Pig at the same time.

It does go away. Only 383 will stay. So if you really like it get a silver+ for it now

Holy hell… if it’s true that the only card that will remain unchanged in Sparks’ set is the one that is very obviously the best loadout (with the best ability augments and primary weapon) then that sets the standard for 2nd Edition cards very very high.

Well the default cards only have one primary, one secondary, and one melee for each merc. The second edition default cards could have a different combination. Like perhaps a Phantom with a KEK-10, DE.50, and Beckhill.

Most likely it’s an all inclusive automated system that generates all of the cards including the default cards (even if they aren’t changing). So technically the “ID” of those default cards will be changing but I doubt anything else will with them. That’s my theory.

Well, with the exception of Sparks, all 9 cards for each merc consist of ball possible combinations of primary and secondary weapons (no idea how they pick the melee). So the letter abd first number would, at least, stay the same. The second number might be the same, then the description word would be different as they’d have different augments.

Fragger never has an M4 + DE. 50, Proxy never has a Remburg + MP400, etc. Not every combination has occurred.

Kira had the smg 9, Bush had the br, turtle had the remburg, phantom had the M9, Vassili had the PDP, Pheonix had the timik, and Kira was shot by nobody at the end, turtle had a shotgun, and Nader was carrying her lactic, a whole lotta problems with that trailer
