Not sure what to do...

I just got out of a game where people were choosing to be racist… just to be racist I guess… I took quite a bit of screenshots but who do I send them to?

It totally killed my vibe til the point I just left the game entirely… Just really uncalled for.

I understand kids play but show some maturity and grow up. If they weren’t kids they sure were acting like it.

Sad this is my first post on this forum…

Definitely always report this kind of thing. We had a big ol’ chat about it over in this thread, and most folks agree we don’t have to just take that kind of environment:

Thank you for actively taking the time to try to clean up the community a bit.

If you find racist peope, or any bad mouthed people however, report them to the Nexon support. We can’t let those people ruin the community’s reputation, or the game’s reputation either. We also shouldn’t let those persons ruin the fun of everyone.

Thank you for the reply. I tried to be as detailed as possible and included about 10 screenshots. Hopefully it’s enough.

No worries, it’s far enough. :stuck_out_tongue:

I do know that players have previously been temporarily banned for extreme toxicity. If they keep it up beyond that I am sure it would escalate to permanent.

Hopefully there suitable action taken ~ Although they might not tell you what actions, if any, are taken.

Indeed, it’s something subject to privacy (or something else) : you’ll never know if that person have been punished or not. But I do trust the support about their decisions. I highly doubt that someone who insulted you from the beginning to the end of the game will be ignored.

It’s always better to put it on record, even if your perp doesn’t get punished. Then folks looking at the case can say “Oh, this isn’t the first time.” and even if action isn’t taken this time, or the next time, or the time after, eventually somebody or some policy or system or something is going to say “Seven offenses, huh? Alright, welp, I think that’s enough then.”

I don’t report folks because I’m like “NYEEHH I’M GONNA SO TOTALLY GET YOU BANNED”, it’s because it goes into what I bet will eventually be a pile of reports.

It is tracked internally. They aren’t stupid. It just isn’t released publicly.

Internal case notes mean that nobody who isn’t signed in to their system with the right permissions can’t see them.
