Just a few minutes ago, I think in EU Stopwatch 6v6 - 1, I kept respawning with my field of vision stuck observing another player. I could use my character, it was just that my field of vision was stuck following the other player until he or I died. It was the same player every single time, Viktor, while my name was Monty.
I do not know what other information I could give.
Yeah i experienced that quite frequently in competitive matches since the last patch.
Sometimes even until unplayability.
Members of my team experienced this in comp today as well. Very frustrating. If this keeps happening we’ll likely stop playing.
Happened the same thing to me, I just have to press K every time

we had a few spawn issues last night in competitive even after the update. When all 5 of us spawn at the same time, quite often 1 or 2 of us don’t spawn and have to wait for the next wave as if we had died instantly.
I thought this was what the update was supposed to fix, but obviously the bug is still here.
is something being done to fix this bug? I thought that’s what the last update was supposed to fix?
In terms of recreating the bug, it seems to happen mostly in competitive when several players respawn at once, and it seems that if you die and click to spectate different players of your team until you’re allowed to respawn, then you’re very likely to have the bug.
Not sure if it’s directly linked but some guys we played against reckon it’s linked and they managed not to get the bug a single time while 3 of us had it 4 times in a row resulting in a loss of the match.
This is probably the most annoying and most recurring bug for me and my friends, and one that is making us stop playing competitive until we know it’s fixed, and possibly make us stop playing the game if it doesn’t get fixed in the next few weeks 
please let us know what’s being done for this.

This was supposed to be fixed in the latest hotfix, but I had it once too today.
Me and my friend have had this bug many times now. It can happen when me and him are in premade comp and we spawn at the same time, he sees from my viewpoint.
Can confirm it is still happening, only seems to happen to me on Chapel, but it is getting more and more frequent

Just to add to this;
I have noticed that it seems to happen when the entire team is dead and are all spawning together. Size seems to not matter, b/c like in a comp 5 but in a pub up to 6, 7, or 8. However, nearly every time the team is wiped several cannot spawn.
