This is still happening. Just today I completed all of my missions. I played a bit longer after completing them; the timer then showed approximately 3 minutes until they renewed/refilled, so I just spent a few minutes browsing around, looking at my stats, etc. I then went back to see what my new missions were, and bam, over 2.5 hours until my missions refilled. So freaking annoying! I shut down, restarted, etc., but nothing changed. Not cool.
For the second issue, if I happen to have two of the same card, I cannot use both of them to upgrade to a new card. I can move one card to an upgrade slot, but if I try to pull the second card of the same type, then it just resets. So I either have to use a different card of the same level, or I just can’t upgrade at all if I do not have another card of the same level.
