Recently I have started playing dirty bomb and as I had a spare couple of pounds I I decided to buy a case, something like an alpha b case or something like that. Anyway, I tried to find this case in my barracks however it was nowhere to be seen, leading me to the conclusion the transaction or something has gone wrong in the system and has not given me my item. Could someone please help?

And always try to restart the game first. Sometimes the game doesn’t realise that there’s any reason to retrieve a new list of your cases from the server. Re-opening the game forces that.
