not many people know how to lean around corners in the game.

The leaning feature is one of the more interesting and useful parts of the gun play, yet n one uses it that much from what i see. It keeps you from exposing your whole body to shoot people around objects

You can lean without scoping aswell. Gotta get used to pressing lean randomly and dodging headshots like Neo! (God I would smash my keyboard if someone managed to do that against me haha)

Edit: @ Person above me, Q & E are the default controls on PC atleast, incase somebody didn’t know.

,okkkkkkkkkkk you aim down your sight and press the left or right arrow. honestly i believe people should read their game manuals more. i was saying that no one knew that it was in the game. if they did know about they would go ahead and look up how to do it.

On XB360 while aiming down sights, press left or right on your D-Pad to lean. Very useful, and I’ve missed it since my Army Ops days.

Leaning is hit or miss mostly. I want to be able to move while leaning. Not fast or continually, just if you didnt line up correctly you usually dont lean out far enough, or lean out too far defeating the purpose entirely.

I like being able to lean, then take a few steps left/right to peek around the corner.

game is too fast paced for lean to have any use whatsoever.

I actually, remember trying hitting all sorts of buttons attempting to lean while ADS the first day. I didn’t get it to work and thought they took it out for consoles. Either way, it does seem like it would be too cumbersome on a gamepad. I’m playing with K&M and still I don’t think it would be too useful in brink.

That’s what the tips in-game say, but you can lean without zooming in.

I would not say thats true at all. I remember from one of my recent sessions holding a curved hallway pretty successfully using lean. I just sat there leaned around the corner and shot anybody stupid enough to rush me, I must have taken out 3 guys doing this, 2 with my Euston AR and 1 with my Bauldpan SMG. Its situational but can be very useful if you know how and when to use it.
